How could this phrase prove to be right without a real thinking about the appropriateness of each vine stock to its soil ?

 

If we want to find the origins of the wine and the power of the soils which are several million years old, we have to perpetuate that nature in a constant balance.

That’s why the work of the soil is a very good help. It will make a better structure, and it will offer the vines a deep rooting, creating a symbiosis between parent rock and roots, the same as between mother and child.

 

Turned towards ecology and respectful of the environment, we care about weather conditions before doing something in the vineyards.

Dear friends, for your information, rainwater is used each time we intervene in the vineyards.

 

The fact that we joined the « Vignerons indépendants de France » has just confirmed our commitment in this approach.
