Tasting Note
- Color : Pale yellow with silver highlights
- Nose : A great, thrilling intensity. It evolves on a varietal and floral wine profile, with kiwi, boxwood and lychee notes. Quite delicate, with subtle white flowers aromas.
- Palate : The entry is fleshy and immediately reveals voluptuous pear, peach and mango flavours. With lychee, the finish is pleasant and lingering, without the minerality of this « magical » terroir necessarily being forgotten. The name “confession” really suits the cuvée.
