Red wines, rosé and white wines of François and Monique Millet, winemakers in Sancerre Bué are developed for the sake of quality and respect for their natural earth.

The red wines, pink wines and white wines, of Francois and Monique Milletwinemaker in Bue en Sancerre are all made in order to preserve a good quality and to respect their natural soil.

 

For example, we devote ourselves to figure out the best harvest date and to adapt wine making to each vintage and to each bunch of grapes.

Then we take care of our wines in our cellar and they are bottled in the domaine.

 

To respect our wine, we let it rest for one month between bottling and marketing.

Just open a bottle and enjoy... In itself, the most beautiful gesture!
